PART 2  SITUATION
At 221800UTC.       
A trough near 23S151E to 28S165E, moving east and expected near 21S153E to
25S156E to 28S167E by 231100UTC, and near 20S151E to 25S155E to 27S170E by
232300UTC.  

PART 3  FORECAST
Southwest of trough and south of 20S.
S to SE winds 15 to 25 knots with moderate to rough seas, reaching 25/30 knots
with rough to very rough seas within 120NM of trough after 230600UTC. Mostly low
S to SE swells. Scattered showers and thunderstorms.

Remaining waters.
Mostly SE to NE winds 5 to 15 knots with smooth to slight seas, reaching 10 to
20 knots at times with slight to moderate seas. Low SE to NE swells. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms.
